About me

Milena Testori

Women's Health Physiotherapist

MCSP, HCPC, POGP

Milena graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of Hertfordshire in 2008. She began her career in the NHS, working in a rotational role that gave her extensive experience across various inpatient settings. Milena then specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy for seven years, honing her assessment skills—skills that now play a key role in her pelvic health assessments.

Since 2012, Milena has focused on Women's Health following her own post-natal struggles. In 2016, she took on a senior role at Bedford Hospital, specialising in pelvic health physiotherapy. She treated a wide range of conditions, including bowel issues, obstetric trauma, and men's continence.

In November 2023 Milena founded MT Physiotherapy, her own private practice, which focuses on all aspects of women's health.

Milena is particularly passionate about helping women return to exercise, as well as supporting postnatal and post-op rehabilitation, including after breast cancer surgery.

Her clinic is located in Higham Ferrers, Northamptonshire.
